Poor Pitiful Me...

It's been a week. Since the bad turn on Saturday, when my colon decided to go Biblical on me. It wasn't the old problem which I keep blaming on gluten and genetic modification of the natural grains. Through the Wormhole or something like that - one of my favorite actors narrates this fascinating series that focuses on what makes people tick (and tic).
