A DAY OR SO IN MY LIFE! WHO CARES?

I never meant to be so helpful. It turns out I am supporting a feeding frenzy. I went trolling and reading a lot of blogs I rarely ever read. Wow I found exciting stuff. I am providing writers fodder for the writers of ridicule. Some have gone so far as to put my name on and in the blogs, others just describe me and my inability to get my facts correct. Have you ever noticed how some bloggers appear bored and begin to place themselves in other's blogs? They are often very fanciful in mode. They will assume the post is about them, some even say so. They will take issue with whatever to pick a fight or simply draw attention to themselves. Thankfully we don't have as much of this any more as once was the case. It is an interesting activity. I awoke early this morning and all is beautiful. I am not having any pain at all. That makes a tremendous difference. I look forward to reading all around today. It is good to be back on a regular basis. I miss the old timers who are here on a seldom blogging spree any more. Well we all do what we have to do. All who have heard the stories of God's people in the Old Testament have heard of the plagues God put on Pharaoh because he would not release His people. That was easy. It had a clear and explained purpose. The Old Testament is to be the teacher of the people of the New Testament. So what is it with present day plagues a bunch of Christians are asking? I was in church my first time more than 70 years ago. It was and is as the one I attend now, a Christian Church. Some Christian Churches differ in doctrine from others. These are little things if they are according to the Bible. If they are not then the church may be a church but not a Christian Church! I have been so sad for the victims of the earth quake or quakes in China. People all over the world are sending money and prayers for the victims. They are facing daily new struggles it seems, new lakes, dams breaking and flooding in addition to the devastation left by the original quake and all those after shocks. We have seen dreadful after effects of those in the tornado torn areas of our own country. Victims of fires and on and on it goes. More and more people are homeless daily, without... I have been busy as a mother hen scratching in the grass for morsels to feed baby chicks. I am about to be depressed if I keep listening to the news. Everybody I hear of dying is 70 something years old. I have not seen the Grand Canyon yet.... Stop it already! I am really sorry about what happened to Wiley, but to have Kabu on line to keep us informed is such a great advantage. I want to thank all the brave fighting men and women who have kept this a wonderful country free for more than 200 years. When I was a teen ager to have a totally busy week-end was just the living end to beat all others. I did not always have a completely busy week-end then. Boring......... Now that I am all grown up and out I have such busy week-ends. I will write tonight because I cannot make much time for writing and reading over the next two days, I will read some. You Bloggers are such special people. I am so proud of you so often. You write things that bring tears to my eyes. I hurt when you hurt. I learn from so many of your blogs, and I remember life in its past in many works on parenting and family. Sometimes you even write things that make me angry a bit. That is good on both counts. You know a few weeks ago I wrote to all of you about the excitement around our house as my husband and two of his three children were reunited after more than twenty years. I told you of the accident and what I thought was a miracle. I have loved these children from when I saw them years and years ago. For over a year the oldest daughter and I have been communicating by email and telephone. It will be entirely up to her as to what she calls me but I call her daughter. This is not to take away... There she was total perfection. Perfect proportions, long softly curled hair hanging well below her waist not a hair out of place. A face far more beautiful than any top model, full red lips, long lashes, blushed cheeks and a perfect smile. Normal human eyes could not assimilate all the beauty and perfection around her. Mama said when all else failed, "just talk about the weather'. Well I wish I was writing this about the weather because I didn't have anything else to write about. Some of us have been living pretty green for so long some thought we were a new kind of mold. Now everybody is talking about old news. We began composting about 20 years ago. Don't need a garbage disposal. Now it has its drawbacks. Unless you have a fairly sophisticated set up you will attract a great following of unwanted pets: raccoons, opossums and other kinds who keep their nocturnal identity secret. As the day grew longer and longer before they arrived our nerves became more and more edgy. The minute they drove into the driveway all that went up into the air. Glee, joy, love and hugging began. I saw my husband crying and there stood his son, daughter and granddaughter looking at him with volumes of love in their eyes. He didn't know who to hug first and it became a group hug.
