Kind of a Frittata

Just made a most tasty lunch! Two eggs, beaten, with some thawed cocktail shrimp mixed in, poured into a small pyrex dish... zucchini and onion--sauteed with a dash of Yoshida sauce--added on top of the egg mix... then 4 minutes in the microwave.
