Tagine cooking today
I've just put a chunk of lamb into the tagine with some onion and shitake mushrooms, and turned the heat on low. It's great having 4 working burners on the stove so this can be going on at the back of the stove, just in case I have a sudden notion to cook something else. Lunch was the last of the...
