Sounds Great, Ciel
I had to smile. i grew up loving our g-uncle's "foo-ta-ta" (dialect). it was made in the manner of the poorest of peasants but we treasured eating our portion quit often. i should do a post on it and not hihack your space.

Re: TAPS,
My friend Joanne is actually allergic to eggs, and is also gluten-sensitive, yet she bakes and makes some great cakes without either eggs or wheat!

Re: adnohr,
Oh yes! Definitely in fried rice, and drizzled into soup. That dijon also sparks up a tuna salad a treat, too!

I'm one of those weirdos that does not like eggs. I buy a half-dozen every once in a while just to bake some cookies for Phil, or for a pancake now and then. Right now I have a full half-dozen carton that I need to throw out as I never did use them. Probably your fritatata is great but my mind is warped about it.

Yep - like eggs in nearly anything. I put them in my fried rice too, in salads, and add a touch of dijon mustard to my egg sandwiches for an extra little boost of taste.

I don't cook anymore darling. Jim loves to cook and is pedantic about where everything is in his kitchen. After a life time of cooking I don't mind retirement.though the new kitchen may need to be tried out by me.

Good afternoon
Yum! I love frittatas. I enjoyed a mini bacon cheddar frittata when we visited Washington D.C. a few months ago.
