Busy morning!
I woke early, before the sun today, and got busy before breakfast, before sitting and lighting up laptop or tv. First, I attended to the turkey soup that finally got started last evening. All the remains went into the biggest pot I have and simmered on low heat overnight. This morning I took out the bones, added back in the meat that was looking fit and sorted out a couple of cups of bits for Charlie's dog Milo. Next, two medium-sized eggplants went into the oven at over 500F and stayed there... Sign in to see full entry.
