Sunday morning
It was near freezing last night, as it's been several nights over the past week, and it shows in the trees: The big maple has gone golden, and trees are losing their leaves at a sneeze or a car honking. (Same thing, now I think of it--sneezing and honking.) I have a mail-in ballot beside me here. Part of it is about the local school district board of directors.
