Thursday relief!
Good morning! My strategy is working... I called first thing this morning to that online setup and immediately was connected to someone who knew what needed to be done. When we reached a certain stage, the ball had to go back to the parent, and she said she could take care of that directly then get back to me herself. This way I don't have to crawl through their system again with someone else who has to start again from scratch. I think this can be actually accomplished today, as long as the...
