Sunday anticipations
Looks like a quiet Sunday coming on... The temperature overnight dropped down to 51 and this morning I actually dug out a sweater to go over the T-shirt I slept in. Leftover egg foo yung this morning... I like how this one place cooks it, but they really don't understand the concept of adding vegetables and/or meat to it. I added my own to this last night--stir-fried sugar snap peas, onion, and mushrooms. The gravy is tasty. But I need to find another place that makes it better--and delivers!...
