Chilly and rainy today... Later in the summer I will enjoy this kind of chill, and the rain is always welcome, to moisten our drought conditions. That's all it can do, just getting the surface soil damp. My friend 1000 ft higher in the hills is getting snow. Ten inches of snow = one inch of rain. Happy June!
