That's what grandson Vale said around noon of this day which also happens to be Charlie's birthday. I heard a knocking on Charlie's door, or maybe it was mine... I went out to see and the utilities guys were just coming around the side of the house where they'd just disconnected Charlie's house's utilities for lack of recent payment.
