Busy times!
Odd bits and pieces... A neighbor came by with a bin and asked, "Is this your chicken?" Seems their cat brought home a half-grown chick, still alive, and so... She was walking the neighborhood, but didn't find the owner. This morning, when we went out we saw signs up on the same posts I'd posted when Embers was lost, reading: LOST CHICKS. So, I called the number this afternoon and the woman was delighted that one had turned up, and she will call me when she gets off work. I went to the neighbor... Sign in to see full entry.
