Scotch eggs!
Never had them before... Since hearing about haggis, I've glanced askance at Scottish delicacies. But last night, on my elder daughter's recommendation (she tried them at the same restaurant when she was visiting Seattle a few months ago), I discovered them to be tasty! Imagine a deviled egg surrounded by thin pork and bread crumbs, deep-fried. Eggs not merely deviled, but totally cursed! There were two eggs (four pieces) accompanied by a garlic mayonaise.
