The right company
Some weeks ago, Charlie applied to work at a call center in a company that handles incoming problem/complaint calls from customers of a certain tech company. They were willing to hire him, but he couldn't attend the Saturday trainings, because of the Ren Fest. He applied to another similar company and was hired, required to come to trainings on weekdays, and the training started this week, after the Ren Fest closed, and not on Saturdays.
