The one that was in my freezer came out today and somehow fell into a pot of boiling water... along with an onion and a half, and half an eggplant and some celery. Herbs leaped in after--garlic, oregano and tarragon, and some turmeric powder (had no rosemary, too bad!)... soy sauce and some sweet sherry, and finally, a dash of white balsamic vinegar.
