safely arrived...

watered and fed, and ready for bed... It was an uncommonly good flight, with passage directly over Canyonlands on the first leg to Albuquerque, and exceptionally exhilerating conversation from there all the way to Baltimore. 6AM wake-up call...

I have this thing about missing a flight... the plane leaves at 9:40 tomorrow morning... husband seems to think the hour plus a little it should take to make the 60+ mile drive means we can leave at 8. ummm... No. Rush hour traffic in two cities... a distinct possibility. Business-folk off on their first-thing-in-the-morning flights = longer security line... No. I want to be there by 7:30, latest. We leave at 6:30. Now I just have to get to sleep... always hard to do before another adventure... Sign in to see full entry.
