Trader Joe's opens today!
For years I have wondered why there was not a Trader Joe's closer than 40 miles... Now there is, and its a big one, about 5 miles from here. I am more than a little pleased! If you have never been to a Trader Joe's, you might think it is one of those trendy, pricey imported food stores. But in fact, it is a whole-foods and imported food store, and has some of the best prices on ineresting cheeses outside a warehouse--about half what supermarkets usually charge for the same ones.
