Meditation journal: Wednesday
I missed it yesterday, and all day I was a little regretful about that. That, in itself, is progress! There was a time I knew I should practice what I know is good for me, but I just didn't wanna! It has taken years to understand this resistance, and now finally, to get past it. It comes with realizing that the formulas for meditation that I was taught were, for me, obsolete.
