This morning when I sat to meditate, again on the front deck, though it's quite a bit cooler today, I sat comfortably with my feet on the floor, my hands apart and resting in my lap. I closed my eyes. I said hello to my feet, their numb parts and the sensitive ones, giving them both some love and gladness for all they do and have done for me.
