Meditation
Yesterday, the day after that marathon tea-party, I thought to ground myself, and found that it wasn't quite happening. That's when I considered that perhaps after the long hanging-out with a fairly intense and also energy-sensitive but untrained person, I should have done some clean-out meditation.
