Calm & neutrality sometimes have to be a very conscious choice... Grounding and centering help one to be there, but sometimes it seems to be a matter of having your conscious Self calm and neutral, while watching the kids-- the parts of you that whoop it up with excitement, and carry your outward self along with them. I've been re-reading Michael Talbot's THE HOLOGRAPHIC UNIVERSE. Wow! It isn't new-- came out in 1991, and I had a copy that I read about 6 years ago and then loaned to someone who lost it. I found a copy at a used book store on Sunday, and snatched it up. I had forgotten what a great, epiphanous book it is! This is the book that makes everything I have written here make sense: It is the framing and foundation and connecting pieces of the Big Picture, the great jigsaw puzzle of Reality I have...
