Finding Your Own Center
Hello! Here's the next part of centering, promised several days ago... The model of the human energy system that I am working with here is a simple one: seven centers, or chakras in a vertical line, ascending from the First, or Root Chakra, all the way up to the Seventh or Crown Chakra.
