My Cardiologist Told Me Not To Do The One Thing I did This Morning!

I make a 10 fruit and Greek yogurt smoothie Monday through Friday for my daughter, son-in-law and myself. It’s very tasty. I Think Saturday is the Beginning of the Christmas Season! LOL!

I am usually done with my Christmas shopping by the middle of November each year. This year I have to wait to finish until December! Drat! There is a good reason for it. I have an Amazon store card.
