Good kids.

We had a hell of a tornado, series of tornadoes, about three weeks ago in this area. Not a death, thanks to early warnings and take-cover messages on all TV channels and I imagine on radio as well. Well... It wasn't a heart attack after all.

You know the one. Phone rings and you know it's horrible news even before you pick up. Got a call like that in '03, my daughter. Her husband had died. Cormac McCarthy...

The first book I read by this author was No Country For Old Men. To say it depressed me would be an understatement. At the end I wanted to throw it at the wall or burn it.
