Sure sign of approaching old age. Checking the obits daily. I've been doing that for some time, using the old joke -- looking for my name. No more Dr. Oz for me.

Thanks to that guru of everyday health solutions, I've discovered that I'm old. Also obese. And that the problem stems from sitting. I've learned to sit and stay.
