Hot, humid, July-like. And strawberries

The birds and squirrels are going to be so happy in another week or so. My strawberries along the fence bloomed like mad last week, and I noticed yesterday there are several thumb sized green berries set on the vines already. Nothing like self-assurance

She's a poet, writes a lot about nature, both the great outdoors and human nature. I have her poetry book on my shelf between one by Maya Angelou and another by Sherman Alexie. I'm a fan of Jon Stewart and The Daily Show on Comedy Central. If I miss it in the evening, I try to catch it in rerun the next day.
