Guess I'd better get out my owner's manual... I'm emailing a copy of the story to my newly certified Lawyer daughter. She's listed on... Sign in to see full entry.

Maggie’s account of what the widow woman was up... Sign in to see full entry.

No Forwarding Address, Cont'd

George listened soberly. As Margaret began to settle down, he said maybe she should talk to them at the child welfare office in Centralia. “I know some folks here used to take in foster children, and them folks might have some idea how to go about all this.” She blew her nose, washed her face and... Monday she drove the children to Mossyrock to get the three of them enrolled in school. Patty was in sixth, Rose in third and Jimmie was a first-grader. The secretary took the paperwork from Kennewick reluctantly, saying it was going to be difficult for the children to catch up and pass their... Sign in to see full entry.

Working on the final Draft:

Changed the book title from "Margaret and Henry Talk it Over" to "After All." Here's a sample chapter - revised... CHAPTER 13: NO FORWARDING ADDRESS Two weeks after Ed Brown’s unwelcome visit, Margaret was certain she was pregnant. She couldn’t tell anyone. People always talk. If this got out it was...
