A Day to Relax...Who said so?

Who says a day off is a day to relax? Friday is supposed to be the day we take off. That is certainly a misnomer. There is something about a day off that never is really off. LOL I started the morning by preparing for a Sears repairman to come and install a new top on our glasstop stove. The old top... Sign in to see full entry.

Crisis Brings Thanksgiving...

These last days have been very special as Nancy's Mom has been doing so well. She attended both services at the church on Sunday and she has been free from pain since being home from the hospital. Most days she lives in her own world that may take her from the present back into her early years of... Sign in to see full entry.

A Confused and Perilous Time for A Great Country!

As I sit here this evening watching the elective process for the United States senate seat in Massachusetts, I am very concerned about the state of our union. It is not who won or lost that concerns me. Being from another state I could not vote. However, the arrogance of the voices I am hearing in... Sign in to see full entry.

A Few Personal Comments About Me!

Just thought I would make a few comments on my handle here at Blogit. PVDannyC may seem like a strange name. However, I have found my name to be more common online than I ever realized. It belongs to those much more distinguished than me from doctors and College presidents to Gospel Singers and... Sign in to see full entry.

Finally got Back to the Computer with thanksgiving!

It was a very busy Monday! I spent most of it running errands: A stop at Office Max to purchase photo paper for Nancy and 28lb bulletin paper for the church and then to the newspaper to leave information about a coming guest for a musical presentation. In the afternoon I went to two banks to make... Sign in to see full entry.

We had a great Saturday Morning! While the girls were sleeping in, I began preparing breakfast. When they awakened Pancakes, Bacon and Eggs were ready to be put on plates and eaten. I enjoy getting up on Saturday and making breakfast for Nancy's mother and Nancy and me. Actually I am the breakfast... Sign in to see full entry.
