Good Evening from Cleveland

It was raining here all day and when I take Sadie out she doesn't like to get wet. She's really trying so hard to catch on to going outside. It's raining today and the puppy does not want to go out in the rain. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do about this. She has to go out but she doesn't want to get her paws wet.
