Some Days I Wonder If This Transaction Will Ever Get Done!

I talked to the title company today because I got word that the negotiator from the seller's lender it had been submitted to an auditor for final review as the last step to getting the approval letter! It Appears That We Are All On The Same Page, But Lacking The Document!

I got an email early this morning from my Agent via a forward from the seller's agent. He indicated that the seller's lender has May 24 as the closing date. Apparently I Have Had A Closing Date But No One Bothered To Tell Me!

I sent a text to my Agent today to see if we could set a closing date to get the seller's lender to move on this transaction. She said the seller's lender wants to close on May 24.
