I spent a lot of time on the phone yesterday trying to get modest estimates for the flooring. I have vacillated between cleaning and replacing the carpet! I Did Today What I Have Been Waiting Four Years To Do! YAHOO!

I gave my 30 day notice to the property management company today! And I got it done before noon, too! I Can't Decide If I Am Angry Or Simply Relieved!

The final approval from the seller's lender came on April 19. The negotiator neglected to send it to the seller's agent so it could be forwarded to my lender! Things Are Looking Up! Depression Is Subsiding And I Got The Check Cashed!
