Sniper Change of Venue a mistake?

Moving the DC sniper's trials to the Hampton Roads area (one is to be tried in Chesapeake, the other in Virginia Beach) may have been a mistake, according to this morning's Virginian-Pilot. Apparently the jury is more likely to be of conservative bent, and this area really was close enough that people were affected by the sniping they did. So many people go from this area to N.
