Curfews
Most of the Hampton Roads cities have been imposing curfews to keep people off the streets until our electrical power comes back. It is dark here at night! Normally homes, businesses and street lights light up the night time here in NOrfolk, but with power out, it is like being in the country. Nice in a way. Sign in to see full entry.
