Price gouging
It seems as if in the wake of hurricane Isabel, there is a lot of price gouging going on for home repairs, tree removal, etc. Crises bring out both the best and the worst of people. Our State Atrtorney General is getting ready to propose an anti-gouging law to the state legislature.
