Citirus Ice Tea

Steep 3 darjeeling, 3 black currant and 3 orange pekoe tea bags in 1 qt boiling water, for 10 mins. Remove tea bags from water. Stir in 3/4 C. sugar until dissolved. In 3 qt pitcher, combine tea mixture with 5 C. cold water and 2 C. orange, lime and lemon slices. Serve over ice. Makes servings Sign in to see full entry.
