Chokes and Cheese!
I had four artichokes to cook. They were sitting in a grocery bag, drying out since they came home a few days ago. So, since I was awake so very early this morning, they got processed and into the oven by 6am, and were out again, all done, an hour later. Now they will get their little furry bits...
