What's your recipe for fending off a cold?
After a more or less full night's sleep, I started with a cup of hot lime 'tea' instead of coffee and a zinc troche dissolving slowly, bathing my throat it its goodness until I stop resisting the impulse to bite on it and chew it to smithereens.
