OMG can you believe the news?
Have you seen the news lately? Watched CNN, maybe? There is a new trend in news delivery which I find appalling and disgusting. Vocal tonalities of excitement and horror and enthusiasm and dismay... in case we have no sensibilities of our own... Smart aleck asides and comments on the stories... good lord!! Apparently we need more emotional judgement and less neutrality in our journalists. Bodycounts alone are not sufficiently entertaining, we have to see these people as our friends and mentors?...
