and today found the final posts of gomedome posted almost exactly a year ago, as he was packing up to go. I am sorry for the loss in this community of his wit and knowledge, and understand well his views on religion and tolerance, and lack of tolerance where he finds it. What he has said about the American Christian paradigm dominating this forum seems also to me to be true. But I am not sure that it actually is true.
