I believe in 'seed energies.' Every colonial nation began with its own particular energy: The US, with the Puritans; Canada with a bunch of death-defying missionaries and French rogues; the lands to the south with Spanish conquistadors seeking gold at any cost, and collecting souls into the horrors of the medieval Inquistion-dominated Catholic church.
