Newbie!
*Sigh* Okay, now that THAT is out of the way...lol...I'm a very outgoing and friendly person, looking to share and learn and grow with people in a community that has similar people to me! I'm nuts, funny, warm, loving, passionate, spiritual and a whole other list of adjectives that would take me a while to think up, let alone type...
So anyway, I hope to meet a lot of you out there, and hopefully be able to share more than typed words, I hope to get to know you well enough to share in your lives as well.
Ciao!

HI GUYS!! I'M A NEW CHICK.....
HEY GUYS!!! I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself and say hello. What's up? I'm brand new, so, I'm still navigating my way around. I'm having a great time so far! I was a heavy blogger before I came here. I just got way into it. The whole concept of being able to meet, greet, and share ideas, thoughts, even the occasional difference of opinion, is just so enriching. I really am glad that I found this place. I have been welcomed so openly that it's easy to open up. I had planned to come here and withold certain aspects of my life..That is until I browsed around and saw that this really is a whacky, zany, real community...HEY!! THEY'RE WACKY LIKE ME!! WE'LL GET ALONG JUST FINE!! LOL... But, yes...Please, feel free to email me or whatever..I'm really outgoing..As you can probably tell..
Have a happy day!!
Alexa!!

I Made 9 Cents!!!
WOO HOO!!
Seriously, what's the deal here? I'm starting to guess that the only way to get people on here to read other folk's stuff on here is to post comments everywhere all the time... even if it isn't really relevant to what anyone's saying/writing.
Is that the scoop? Basically a "stroke me - stroke you" club?

venomous blogs
I'm surprised, and a little depressed, to read how much venom there is in some people's blogs. In polite circles, it just isn't done to slag off other people's poetry and views : what thappened to tolerance, eh?
Okay, you think someone's stories, comments or poetry's rubbish, but do you really have to say so? I've had enough stuff published to have become armoured to adverse and destructive comments, but for someone new to writing, or blogging, it must be extremely hurtful to be the butt of the sort of cynical comments that I've read here.
I'm sure it must make some novice writers wonder if it's worth going on with their writing : and that can surely not be the purpose of such humiliating comments, can it? Or is it? Although I'm far from being a world famous poet/author, I'm always willing to offer reasoned and objective critiques of other people's work, so if anyone's interested let me know.

Introduction to the Blogit Community
Hello my name is Cricket and I am brand new to Blogit. I have been writting short stories at home for quite some time. I love to write and I thought heck why not put one or two of them out there and see what happens. So I have started my debut with The House on Tangle Lane. My styleof fiction comes from my love of writters such as Dean Koontz, Iris Johansen, and Stephen King. I love their books! So my stories are about the supernatural, evil, and bizarre in nature. Please give my blog a read and I welcome any and all comments.
The first three chapters of The House on Tangle Lane have been posted. Chapter 4 will be posted on July 12th. I will make it a point to post atleast a chapter a day. I look forward to your comments.
