Cold weather will wreak havoc plus writing I know it won’t be as cold here as up North, but we will have temps a few degrees below freezing. That will do in most of our crops. During the entire time we have been dealing with Katrina, both before and after the storm, disasters have occurred at every level of government. I am not writing this to cast blame on anyone.
