We made it through the big cleaning day. We started about 10 am and finished about 4:30 pm. All went well. Last week we had 2 more offices and didn't get done till 10:30 at night. The family and the others are driving to Oregon tonight. They take turns (2 drivers) and have "co-pilots" to keep the drivers alert. Please keep them in your prayers tonight. Thanks. The dog is fine, acting ornery as ever now. My husband and 2 of our children and the Mission team are in Arizona now. They'll be back home by Sunday evening. I think they're driving tonight, but not sure. "Bob" did make the pinhole camera out of an altoid can. He shot a roll of film. I will take it to Wal.mart tomorrow and we'll get it back in a few days. If they turn out, I'll either scan them or get a CD. Hopefully, at least some will be good. My last pin-hole camera I made was a flop and I... Sign in to see full entry.
Our dog seems like she's going to be OK. I'm really happy about that, because his boy will be back on Sunday. I did make soap yesterday. I think it's going to turn out good. I only put about a 1/4 of the scent in, because of the cost. I also only had rosemary and wasn't sure if that was a good scent for soap or not. On Saturday I'll cut them into bars, then they have to sit covered for 2 - 4 weeks. Maybe I'll make a different recipe until they are ready. This last batch I made had coconut oil,... Around noon our dog ate 1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips. I found this out when I got home from a cleaning job. I had found a bag of chocolate that was supposed to go to Mexico and put it on the table. Our dog got on the chair and then on the table, tore open the bag of chocolate chips and ate it. She did puke a lot, and I gave her something to make her puke more. We won't know for another day if she will be OK or not. We would appreciate your prayers for our little dog, Ginger. Thanks. The last week week I've been working a lot, so no time for blogit. My husband, 16 year old son and 14 year old daughter went to Mexico with a mission team with our 18 year old son and some others from his school. I am very glad that our 20 year old son "Bob" is here and helping Clemy and I with all the janitorial jobs this week. We went to the bowling alley after work tonight. It was $1 night bowling, but all the lanes were full, so we played pool instead (which I prefer). Today Clemy and I made... Sign in to see full entry.
