BETTER OFF TO HAVE HAD HIM DO THE WORK

Just across the way from my daughters house there is one that is up for sale, she started out asking 12k and yesterday I talked to the owner and offered her $2500 and she countered with 3k and I was suppose to get inside so I could see what it looked like but there was a confusion and I didn’t get... SOUNDS LIKE A TYPICAL COMPANY

Well I finally got paid for the demo I did three weeks ago but now they are taking out taxes and so the check is eight dollars short. NOW PICTURE THIS

I want you to try and picture this. I am on my built on patio, cleaning it up and vacuuming the rugs that are out there.
