there isnt a job or a employer that there isnt a problem with.  or its the other employees that make it hard. and yet we all need to work or at least alot of us have to work.

Yes, that is a typical company! The last place I worked ( a graphic arts company ) I was the assistant supervisor of my department. After they went ahead and fired the supervisor, the department was technically dumped in my lap. My duties, functions and responsibilities quadrupled, but my pay remained the same for seven years! Is it any wonder I left . . . ?

That does seem to be the way that most companies operate nowadays with the employees doing the brunt of the work and the pay not reflecting it.
