I hope it all works out! I would hope that you can sell the place when the time comes. It is a tough go in the housing area whether trying to buy or rent! sam

i know you are a bright and savy woman or you would not be able to buy places for your children to live, i know that doing things for them and making sure they have a place to live gives you great pleasure, so i wish you luck on this, you are getting a good deal for 3k.
