Yesterday I actually earned 20 cents from my Rev adds network account. Overnight it made 1%, and it rumoured to make 0ver 50% by the end of the week. If there is anything on the net which can match this, I’d like to hear of it. Sure the big sticking point is traffic. You can’t make any real money unless you have people sign up under you. This month I actually got paid $11 from Blogit! The most money I’ve ever earned from anything on the net. But it’s not enough, and I want to find ways of making a living on-line and quit the supermarket. Team Vinh and Savings Highway are too long term. The news is that I’ve transferred the money from my UK bank to the US bank, and I’m still waiting for it all to happen. Up till now it’s not a lot of money, just a few hundred pounds. But the monthly bill for Savings Highway is $150. Now that can be downgraded to 50, but this is the only sticking point. The fact that the money has been held up, is a low spot, but I’m going to keep at it, as it’s the only thing I’ve any chance at making any money at. This is just a glorified pyramid scheme, but... I’ve thought long and hard about the pyramid thing, and decided to stick with it. Sure, it might take a couple of months to see any money back, and even when I do, it won’t pay a living wage, but it really is the only game in town. I wanted to post a really witty piece on their facebook page about qualifications, but want to think about it a little more. The latest is, that there is nothing you can really do to change things with this programme. It depends on people joining the Savings Highway programme first, and from that they feed people into Team Vinh. This can take months, so you are sweating on the bottom line, as to whether or not you are going to get your money back. The latest is that I’ve finally got the bank account going. Up till now the bill stands at £165. There are 2 different companies. Mr Vinh Lee has his company, and it’s linked to the Savings Highway programme. This is an older scheme and a lot bigger. I signed up with this, under another guy, who has promised me an income or money back. You might say: “Dum sucker!” But it’s covered by a Paypal invoice, so I can at least track that back. The latest is, that I’m waiting for the verification of my bank account to pay the first invoices and join the programme. Because of the fact that it’s a US bank, they need a bank statement Faxed to their account. Nothing else will do. So I have to wait for Monday morning to send it off. Trouble is, we have a paperless system here, and the statements are 2 years old! Can’t get any word on this from anyone, but I’m still hopeful. Here’s the latest on the scheme I’ve joined. Up till now, I’ve managed to get round many of the problems with being in England having to do everything through a US bank. Namely the IBAC’s codes. However, there are a few problems. The main sponcer I’ve signed up under, a MR DB turns out to be not the full ticket. I’m all for helping special needs people, but not with my money. I’ve just signed up to the savings highway programme. Even though it’s mostly based in the US, I’m hopeful that there will be some benefits for me here in the UK. Up till now it’s cost me $320 up-front, plus a further $149.99 a month. You might be sitting there thinking: “he can kiss that goodbye,” and maybe I can. But I sent it all through Paypal, with a promised note that it can all be refunded, if it all goes tits up. I have the emails, which would even stand up in court, if it came to it.... I feel I have to tell someone about this, if only for my own mental health. I’m seriously thinking about signing up under a couple of MLM schemes. I know these are no better than pyramid scams, but I’m so desperate for money I feel I should take the gamble. If you have followed this column on a regular basis, you might be thinking: “There’s no fool like an old fool.” But I have to be honest, and tell you the truth as I see it.
