Sunshine...

There's a commercial out now, I think it's a car commercial, that uses the old song "You are my sunshine" to get the viewer's attention. It's a grabber. Odd programming on HLN

Nutrition vs self-destruction

Processed foods are so tempting: potato chips, chocolate, fizzy syrupy drinks, pizza. I love my country.

But I'm falling out of love with the politicians. Double-talking, word spinning, money-snatchers, all.
