I thought he was going to maybe threaten you or something! I wonder what his disability could have been or perhaps it was just an inability to stay in line?

I know of people in Sydney who went from one Dr. to another until one of
the Dr.'s signed a paper for a disabled park....and they used it for years. I used to be so angry, they kept genuine people out of the park they need. Also it meant they couldn't be fined for parking in the wrong are nor ever need to pay for a meter. GRRRRRR
Funny you think that you have forgotten something and a few well written words will flood it all back.
