April L. Hamilton talks about in her Indie Author Guide... e-books, or POD (print on demand) like the Waltzing With Zombies book that I listed on Amazon in '09, are a major part of the independent or self-published game. Indie Publishing

Writer April L. Hamilton says indie authors are the wave of the present, (we don't have to wait for the future). I was feeling sorry for myself, winter has overstayed its welcome

And then things went sour in Tunisia and Egypt, and when I saw what those poor bastards are dealing with I decided it was time to stop whining. Still shaking my head over that one...

Ten days ago Jean called to say her tooth was killing her and the pain meds had made her sick as a dog. She was agitated and ticked off, mad at the world. I get that way when my teeth ache. A true miracle...

The phone rang. Caller ID showed it was my doctor, and not the GP, but the heart guy. Oh-oh! Turns out it was Angie and the news was worse than I'd anticipated.
